We have encountered problems with some gals. We got scolded and received some harsh emails regarding the late delivery. After we'd checked with our nice Mr. Courierman, it has been delivery TWICE to their house due to no one at home for the pick up.
We appreciate if you could provide us the address which there is someone around the house for the pick up. Or else, kindly grant us the time to prove that we are not guilty before you punish us.
